Awarding the contract is the goal. Along the way, there are key moments: publishing the tender, opening the bids and announcing your decision. Publication is the one you can fully prepare for. Until then, you can test and refine your criteria, weightings and evaluation framework. Once published, the framework is legally fixed and any other changes must be fully transparent. Tenpu helps you prepare and test before publication, then document and explain every step that follows.
If a document, question or deadline changes after publication, Tenpu adds it to the clarification round. Suppliers see the old and new versions side by side, all at the same time. The change is clearly communicated and recorded.
