You publish the notice on TenderNed, and it is also published on TED in the eForms format. Tenpu generates the eForm from your tender and validates it before anything is sent out. TenderNed calls systems with this integration tSenders; Tenpu is one of them.
Where the tender ends, the contract begins. For that handover we work with ISPnext: after award, the contract moves straight over, file and all.
